Payment methods
If you choose to sell your products online, the different methods are displayed payment that you can choose for your store. You have the possibility of including several of them at the same time. In fact, the more payment options you offer to your customers, the easier you give them to effectively complete the purchase.
When you are creating your product references, you will be able to select only those payment methods that you have activated (ON mode) in this configuration.
If you modify any of the payment methods in your online store, changing the selection to OFF, then your products will not be able to be purchased through that payment method. This action will have a direct and immediate effect and will affect both new product references and product references that you already had created.
Choose as many payment methods as you want to use in your online store and complete the corresponding data for each one.
Prerequisites
- Complete the information in the “Basic Data” and “Design” sections of your website . This will enable editing of the “Sales Module”:
- Enable ( set “On”) the sale of your products in “Sales Module”.
1. Credit Card
So that your clients have the possibility of paying by credit card, you will have two options:
You can use the payment gateway provided by the platform
This is the common payment method for all businesses on the platform and appears preselected. The sales you make in your virtual store and that have been paid through the platform's virtual POS during a calendar month, will be credited to the account number that you have indicated on the 10th of the following month. In order for you to receive credits for your sales, you will have to complete your bank account number in IBAN format.
The "multi-commerce purchases with Credit Card" section is a mandatory field since in On the platform, users can make multi-commerce purchases (from several businesses at the same time), making a single payment through this virtual POS, making the purchase easier for them. In the same way as choosing to use the platform's payment gateway, the amount of sales made in multi-commerce purchases will be paid to you on the 10th of the following month.
You will have the possibility of using your own virtual POS
You must configure your Virtual POS and have the relevant data. To do this, you will have to have previously contracted the virtual POS with your bank, who will have provided you with a series of data, necessary for the configuration of your own POS on the market47. If you have not done so yet, contact your bank or go to your nearest branch.
Enable (set to “On”) so that buyers can use their Credit Card as a payment method in your store:
Follow the following two steps to configure your Virtual POS:
1.1. Test the Virtual POS
The bank where you have contracted your Virtual POS has had to give you the data to configure the Virtual POS.
They exist two "environments": One is the test one (you can do tests that do not generate real charges or payments, to know if you have your Virtual POS configured correctly; we explain it in this step "1.1.") and the other is the real one (a Once you do tests and verify that everything is going correctly in the test environment, you must enter the data that your bank has provided you; we explain it in the next step "1.2.").
To do the tests of the Virtual POS, you just have to make sure that you use the Test data, provided by your bank, and follow these simple steps that you will find in your Control Panel > Sales Module, in the Credit Card configuration area and in the control panel of the Virtual POS contracted with your bank.
1. The password or secret key usually has the name “SHA-256” and you can check it by accessing the administration portal of your Virtual POS in the test environment, in the 'Check trade data' option -> 'See key'.
2. So thatIf you have correctly configured the POS, you will have to modify the "Send parameters in URLs" box in the control panel of your Virtual POS. By default, "no" is selected, so you will have to change it to "YES, without showing Redsys receipt":
3. Click on the link to “try the Virtual POS”.
4. You will be shown a pop-up in which you are presented with the data to perform the tests and from where you can “Start with the tests”:
5. The tests will begin in a new window, for which you must enter the “Ds_Merchant_MerchantCode (FUC)” and the “Secret Key” of the testing environment provided by your bank. It is important that it is the data from the test environment. Neither the amount nor the concept you indicate is important, since there will be no real transaction and therefore no charge will be made to your account. Click on “Launch POS (test)”.
6. You will be shown the following screen. Enter your card details, which you will also have visible from the window you opened in step 4 of the tests, Click "OK" and follow the instructions.
7. When you finish each test, you will be shown a “success” screen. Once you have completed this last step, you will have access to the real data of your POS.
1.2. Virtual POS Configuration
Your bank will have provided you with the real Merchantcode (also called merchant code or FUC) and Password (also called Merchant Code). These are the only 2 pieces of information that you have to fill out in order to accept real payments for your orders.
Generally, the Merchancode or trade code is usually sent by email and instructions are given to obtain the Password. ;If your bank has not yet provided you with the actual access data (it usually does so once it has verified that the tests have been carried out successfully), talk to them and request them. The password or secret key usually has the name “SHA-256” and you can consult it by accessing the administration portal of your Virtual POS, in the 'Check trade data' option -> 'See key'. This is an example of what a “SHA-256” secret key looks like.
Just like you did in the control panel of the "test environment"" of your Virtual POS, you will have to change the "Send parameters in URLs" box. By default, "no" is selected, so you will have to change it to "YES, without showing Redsys receipt."
Once you have the data, you just have to access the Credit Card configuration area in the sales module (accessible from your control panel) and enter them in their corresponding boxes.
We show you where in the following screenshot:

Your customers can pay you directly to your PayPal account, if you have one. The buyer will have the option of entering their PayPal username and password or they can use their credit or debit card to pay you directly to your PayPal account.
It is important that you keep in mind that PayPal charges a variable commission between 1.9% and 3.4% plus a flat fee of EUR 0.35 per transaction. This is not a commission that we charge.
You have more information at PayPal.com , from where you can create an account.
Bank transfer
Your clients can also pay you directly to your bank account. If you enable payment by bank transfer in your online store, the buyer will be given the account number so that they can proceed to make the payment in this way.
Keep in mind that the buyer's bank may charge you for this service, with the consequent impact on the perception of the full cost of the purchase you have made.
In addition, the period in which the bank transfer becomes effective depends on the banking entities (the usual thing is two or three business days). QFor security, we advise you to check that the full amount has been charged to your bank account before sending the order, especially if it is a new customer.
It is also advisable that you contact your customer as soon as you receive the order. You can request proof of payment and thus offer you the possibility of speeding up the processing of the order.

Payment in hand
You also have the option of allowing payment in hand for the sale of your products. It is the payment method that best reflects the direct contact between the professional (business) and the buyer we promote. If you select this option, your customers will be able to collect and pay directly at your business for the purchases they have made.
