Create a discount

This new feature, available from the control panel, allows you to publish discounts for your customers.

Once inside, you will be able to see a list with all the discounts you publish. To publish an offer, follow these steps:

In the “discounts” section, click on “New”

Configure your discount

Internal name: The internal name you give to this discount is only for you to identify it; In no case will it appear publicly in your online store.

Do you want to highlight the discount on your website?: If you want the offers you have available to appear publicly on your website, check the box “ON”. Once “ON”, you will be shown a box where you can put the text you want to be shown to your customers.

Discount: Enter the discount you want to apply to the price you have established in your references.

Start – End date: Indicate the date on which you want your discount to start applying to the references you have indicated. Establish the date on which you want the discount to stop being effective. After the period you set has ended, you will have that discount available for you to use again at another time.

How do I apply discounts to my references?

Once you have created a discount, you can apply it to your references in two different ways:

Applying the discount to a specific reference:

Edit the reference (control panel > my references > show actions > edit) to which you want to apply the discount and go to “Advanced Sales and Shipping Settings”. You will have the possibility to apply any of the discounts you have previously created.

Applying the discount in bulk (to several references at once):

1. In “My References”, accessible from your dashboard, select “Bulk Actions” > “Discounts”:

Select the discount you want to apply. You will be shown the references to which the discount you selected has not been applied.

Select the references to which you want to apply the discount and click on apply changes.
