Create a discount coupon

This new feature, available from the control panel, allows you to create discount coupons to offer to your customers.

Once inside, you'll see a list of all the discount coupons you've created. To create one of these coupons, follow these steps:

• In the "Coupons" section, click "New Coupon"

1. Discount Type: Choose whether the discount will be a percentage or a fixed amount.


2. Amount: Indicate the amount or percentage that will be deducted from the total purchase.


3. Code: Create the code that your customers must enter to activate the discount.


4. Title: Give the coupon a name to easily identify it on your listing.
   
   
5. Description: Add a brief explanation about the conditions or features of the discount.
   
   
6. Usage limit: Total number of times the coupon can be used.
   
   
7. Number of times a user can use the coupon: Defines how many times a single user can apply it.
   
   
8. Minimum purchase amount: Minimum purchase required for the coupon to be valid.
   
   
9. Monetary limit: Set a maximum amount in euros for the coupon campaign.
   
   
10. Validation start and end date: Determines the period during which the coupon will be active.
    
    
11. Activation check: Select this option to activate the coupon. If not activated, it will remain in draft mode.

How to use discount coupons?

Once created, coupons can be shared by the business with its customers, who must enter the corresponding code in their virtual shopping cart before completing their purchase. When applied correctly, the discount will be automatically reflected in the total amount due.

Important:
Remember to clearly define and communicate the coupon's terms of use, such as the expiration date, the number of uses allowed per customer, or whether it only applies to certain products or minimum purchase amounts.
