Order editing

In cases where orders include references that are sold by weight or by units (according to the platform's parameterization), the modification of the weights/units is allowed (this modification will be limited, upwards, to 10% of the reference amount). 

To carry out this management, the "Edit" tab is enabled for each order in your order panel:

This functionality also allows you to manage the deletion of items due to their unavailability. In this case, the weight/units are modified to 0 and the platform automatically takes care of generating the refund or non-charge of the corresponding amounts to the end customer. 

In all cases, the platform automatically takes care of the final charge to the purchasing user, including the modifications to weights or units that each of the businesses has made.

To confirm the changes made to the orders, you must change the status of the order by clicking on the "Detail" tab
