Publish my Website

If you have already finished creating your business website, make it visible to everyone in three easy steps:

NOTE: In order to publish your references, you will have first had to publish your business/business .

1. Review the data entered and preview your website. To see how your website looks (preview) and how users see it, click on the name of your business.


2. Publish your business website. Click on 'publish trade' from your control panel and from that moment, your website is visible on the Internet. You will know that you have not yet published it when a "draft" box appears next to your business name.


IMPORTANT: You must also publish your references, accessing the list of references from the control panel.


3. Confirm the publication of your website. Before confirming the publication, you will be redirected to a preview of your website so you can verify that the photos and texts are correct. If everything is to your liking, click “publish”.



Manage my references

It is important to have a clear vision of what products and services you have published, as well as having an agile way to update them when required. With the new list of references we want you to have an overview of what you are offering to your clients and to be able to modify them quickly.


To do this, the first thing is to provide you with a way to locate your products and services, with multiple filtering possibilities to, based on that complete visibility, allow you to perform different actions quickly. Below you have a summary of the news:

Complete overview of the status of your references


To enter the list of your references, click on "my references", accessible from your control panel.

The first thing you can see when entering the new list of references is that you have information about the status of your products and services at all times.

A reference is created in a draft state, then you publish it to show in your store and you can unpublish it if you no longer want to show it to the public. "Out of stock" indicates that you have references in which you specified the available stock and these have been sold out.

It is possible that you have a considerable number of references and that at a glance you cannot see all the references (especially now that there is no pagination). To do this, we have provided several ways to filter your references, so that you can locate them more easily, and group those to which you want to apply some action.


These filters, when applied, add to each other. That is, you can decide to show only those Published references that have been classified in the Food sector, in the Oil category, and filter only those that contain the word Organic in the title. On these filtered references you may want to apply some group action. We will see what options exist next.

How do I edit and/or publish my references?

You will have the possibility to manage your references once you have created them:

To edit, publish, delete or make a copy of the reference, click on “ show actions”:


  1. You can edit your reference: If you have to change or update the data of a reference that you have already created, you can do so from the “edit” option.
  2. Delete the reference: If you know for sure that you will no longer have availability of this reference, you can delete it.
  3. Publish or unpublish the reference: From these options you can publish and make your reference visible to users who may enter your online store. Just as you publish it, you can also unpublish it at any given time and have it in draft in case you want to publish it in the future. In any case, this option is not the most recommended, since your product or service may have been gaining positions in search engines and could be bringing traffic to your online store. Therefore, if it is a seasonal product or you simply do not want to sell that product for a while, we recommend that you choose to put your store as temporarily out of service or edit the product to “not purchasable”.
  4. Note: In order for you to publish your references, you will first have to publish your business.

  5. Create a copy of the reference: If you want to add a reference that is similar to another that you already had created, the best option will be to create a copy (rather than creating it from scratch ). Keep in mind that you will not be able to put the same title.


Quick edit

If what you want is to modify the basic characteristics of the reference, click on "quick edit":

  1. Modify the price of the reference from the list itself.
  2. Change the logistical weight of the reference.
  3. Edit the price per unit of measure.
  4. Manage Stock faster.
  5. You can prevent or allow the purchase of the reference from here.


Reference Block Management


You can also perform different actions to several references at the same time. For example, you may want to apply a 10% discount to all products you have classified in Fashion > Complements. For this,

  1. filter by sector (Fashion) and category,
  2. choose the Block Action that you want to carry out (in this case you would select % Discounts and indicate what discount you want to establish) and
  3. select which references this action will be applied to.


You can also add new references and update current ones through the import a CSV file that you can edit with a spreadsheet (Excel,...).
