Getting started

Before you start...

• The * symbol next to a box indicates that it is a required field. You will have to fill it out correctly to be able to continue or save.
• Click on the ⓘ symbol to obtain more information about the field to fill in.
• Don't forget to click on the "Save" button that appears at the bottom of each page when you make any changes.
• If when you press the "Save" button the changes are not recorded, check that you have completed all the required data * and that no red messages appear indicating any action that you still need to perform:< /li>

How do I access?

1. If you DO NOT have an account, and you want to register your business, click on "Enter" (in the upper-right corner of the screen) or click here. You will have to write your email and accept "the terms and conditions of use and the privacy and cookies policy" then click on "Register". Write your name and when you have to create your password, keep in mind that it will be the key to your website, so be careful when providing it and, if you need to write it on a piece of paper, keep it well and do not leave it visible. . The password must include, at least:

• 6 characters,
• a number,
• and a special character (examples: #, $, @, %, &, *, -).

Examples: Mitienda$8 | Myaccount1* | 2785#@Com

Click on "finish and don't forget to enter your email to confirm your email and be able to finish your registration.

2. If you already have an account and want to access the platform, click on "Enter" or click < b>here and enter your email and password. Remember that the email address must be the same one with which you registered your business.

If you have forgotten your password...

You can generate a new one by clicking on "Have you Forgot your password?"  accessible from here . Enter the email address with the one you registered on the platform and you will receive an email to generate a new one.

My personal data

In addition to your business data, you also have a personal profile to make purchases and interact in the community. To do this, you will have to have completed, at least, your name, surname and address.

You can consult and modify your personal data (email, name, address, photo, description, etc.) by accessing the platform with your username and password and clicking on "my account " / "edit profile".

Remember to press the "Save" button when you finish editing.
