Images of references

Images are important in order to give a professional presence to users and potential buyers who enter your online store. Spending time on the images of your references can mean the difference between ending up selling your product/service or not. For this reason, and so that you can get the most out of your images from your online store, we have prepared a list in which we inform you of the characteristics of the functionalities of our platform.

1. How many photos can I add to my references?

You can use up to 6 images to show the different facets of your references.




2. What size should the photos of my references be?

It is important that you add images that allow your clients to appreciate the details you want to show (since they can zoom in), but keep these points in mind:

• Image file size up to 10MB is supported, although we advise you to adjust your photos to make them more manageable. It is possible that if you use several large images (over 2MB) your computer/browser will have problems handling these files and show you some type of error.
• Regardless of the image you upload, in order to offer a homogeneous experience to platform visitors, an image of a maximum of 1080 x 1080 pixels will be adapted and displayed ( maintaining the original proportions of the uploaded image).

3. What image will be used in the reference list of my store?

The first of the images that you incorporate into your reference, the one that occupies first place in the edition of the reference, will be the one used both in your online store and in the platform showcase.

To modify the order of the images, drag them with the mouse to the place you want them to occupy.

4. Why don't my images look good?

If you add small images or photos, with dimensions less than 1080px, they are likely to look pixelated. So that this does not happen and your customers can appreciate the details of your products, be sure to use large images.

Another factor to take into account is that landscape images or vertical, they can appear very small and with a filling that may not seem very aesthetic until you zoom in on them.



5. What image formats are supported?


Only image files of type .JPG and .PNG are supported. .GIF files (animated or not) are not accepted.
