Sales Module Configuration

In "Sales Module" you can convert your website into an online store or activate the service booking engine. This button will only be visible once you finish completing the "basic data" and "design".

Close your store temporarily




By accessing the "Sales Module" you can choose whether you want to have your store open or closed. If you want your products/services to be available on the platform, click on "Open Store".

If you close for holidays or if, for any other reason, you will not be able to fulfill your customers' orders temporarily, you have the option of deactivating the sale of your products. To do so, click on the button until "store closed" appears and add, if you want, an explanatory message for your customers, indicating the reason for the temporary closure and the estimated return date.

When you can fulfill orders again, select 'store open' and all settings and products will remain the same as you left them before the temporary closure.




Sell my products




You can have an information-only website with a showcase or put your products for sale. Check the desired option:



• Publish your products as a showcase (OFF). That is, have an informative website without an online purchase option. With this option disabled, you will not have access to editing Shipping Settings, nor will you be able to establish how you are going to ship your products.
• Put your products on sale (ON). That is, allow your customers to buy your products through your online store. To do this, you just have to check the box until the word ON appears.



Modifying ON to OFF in your store configuration will have a direct and immediate effect, which will be transferred to your product references. Therefore, the moment you disable the box and save the changes, your Products will not be able to be purchased.

To activate the sale of your products, activate the "ON" box, the corresponding options will be displayed: minimum order, free shipping and allowed payment methods.




1. Minimum order:By activating the minimum order in your online store you can establish a minimum order in €, kg or units. Purchases less than that amount will not be allowed.





2. Free shipping:If you select this option, you are indicating that you assume the shipping costs for orders that exceed the purchase amount you have set. Please note that the value you write includes VAT.




3. Payment methods:If you choose to sell your products online, the different payment methods that you can choose for your store are displayed. You have the possibility of including several of them at the same time. In fact, the more payment options you offer to your customers, the more facilities you give them to effectively complete the purchase.




When you are creating your product references, you will be able to select only those payment methods that you have activated (ON mode) in this configuration.

If you modify any of the payment methods in your online store, changing the selection to OFF, then your products cannot be purchased through that payment method. This action will have a direct and immediate effect and will affect both new product references and product references that you already had created.

3. Sell ​​my services

With services you also have two options:

• Publish your services as a showcase (OFF). That is, having an informative website without an online reservation option.
• Offer your services (ON). That is, allow your clients to book your services through your online store. To activate the reservation of your services, activate the "ON" box, the corresponding options will be displayed.

• Indeterminate reservation
  • OFF: The client must indicate for which specific service they are requesting the reservation.
  • ON: The client can make a general reservation, without specifying a specific service
• Reservation observations
• For example, if reservations are only accepted more than 48 hours in advance, or if the services are restricted to a type of client.

The modification of ON to OFF in your store configuration will have a direct and immediate effect, which will be transferred to your service references. Therefore, the moment you disable the box and save changes, your Services will not be able to be booked.

IMPORTANT: the client requests the reservation through your website, but it will only be confirmed by a confirmation call or email from the person responsible for the business.
