Products

You will be able to start creating your products once you have completed the "basic information" and "store configuration" sections (if you are going to put them up for sale). You can create product references from the sectors you want.

It is essential to create an original reference for each product. To get started, go to your "control panel" and click "my references" > "new product":

1. Images

Upload up to 6 product photos in square format with a minimum quality of 300x300 pixels and up to 10 MB. You can upload the images by clicking and dragging them. Users will be able to select and zoom in on each of the images you have uploaded.

2. Basic data

a) Choose the sector to which that product belongs. It may be from a different sector than your business. For example, an optician that is within the 'health and beauty' sector can create a reference within the "fashion" sector as an 'accessory'.

b) Assign a title that fits the way buyers know the product. This is key so that people searching for that product in search engines (Google) find it, for example, "5kg batch of beef"

IMPORTANT: In the case in which you want to make a modification to the title of the reference, you will have to take into account the following aspects:

1.If the title is modified, the url changes automatically

2.It is only recommended to change the title if it is strictly necessary and the reference has been recently created.

3.If a reference is well positioned in search engines (Google) or has been published for some time, it is not recommended to modify the  title.

4.Therefore, it is important that you check that everything is correct before publishing the reference.

c)Indicates the price including VAT and the total logistical weight of the product including the shipping packaging. They will be mandatory sections if you choose 'allow purchase'.

The unit of measurement indicates the way you measure your product. For example, 'liter' if you sell oil or "m²" if you sell fabric.

The price of the unit of measurement refers to the final price, including VAT. and other applicable taxes, for the indicated unit of measurement. In this way, a standardized price is shown to the consumer to facilitate comparison with other products.

For example, for a 5-liter bottle of oil whose price is €20, you will have You must indicate the Price per unit of measurement as follows: The liter costs €4.00.

e)  If you have a discount created, you can assign it to this reference.

f) Complete the description of your product in the best possible way (composition, measurements, variants, advice for use, conservation, etc.), with an explanation that completes the photo of your reference and trying to answer the questions that the buyer would ask. To highlight the most important parts of the text use bold, italics or underline.
