Black-legged Penedès pularda. Authentic Penedés breed pularda raised outdoors in large parks for a minimum of 130 days of life. Fed with grains, its meat has a great flavor and soft texture. We can find it throughout the year, although for the Christmas season its days of life are lengthened so that they are larger. It weighs between approximately 1.8kg and 2.1kg.
